Job Overview:

We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Executive Vice President (EVP) to lead our Business development Finance and Information Technology departments. The EVP will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the organization driving growth and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills a strong understanding of financial management and a background in technology integration to enhance organizational impact.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement the organizations strategic goals aligning fundraising finance facilities and IT strategies with overall business objectives.
- Analyze organizational performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

2. Fundraising Oversight:
- Oversee the fundraising department to create innovative strategies for revenue generation and donor engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including donors sponsors and community partners.

3. Financial Management:
- Ensure financial policies and procedures are developed and maintained to optimize resource allocation and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

4. Information Technology Strategy:
- Direct the IT department in the development and implementation of technology solutions that support operational efficiency and enhance data management.
- Stay updated on technological advancements and assess their potential impact on the organization.

5. Team Leadership & Development:
- Inspire mentor and develop high-performing teams across fundraising finance and IT functions.
- Foster a culture of collaboration innovation and accountability within the organization.

6. Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with the CEO and Board of Directors to present operational updates strategic initiatives and funding progress.
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment in achieving organizational goals.

7. Performance Metrics:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of fundraising campaigns financial operations and IT initiatives.
- Analyze and report on progress towards goals making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Nonprofit Management or a related field (Masters preferred).
A minimum of 10 years of experience in executive leadership roles with a focus on fundraising finance and IT.
Strong technical background in information technology with experience in implementing new systems and technologies.
Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute operationally.
