DuBois Chemicals is seeking an experienced Portfolio Marketing Associate to play a pivotal role in shaping customer engagement strategies including the enablement of growth programs for key product applications. Responsible for developing and implementing Business-to-Business (B2B) go to market strategies. Accountable to collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead high impact plans optimize communications launch and track initiatives. Demonstrate the companys core competencies of communication customer focus innovation integrity & ethics lean & safety and passion to succeed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans for a specific portfolio aligning with overall business objectives.
Develop marketing materials such as brochures web copy presentations ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Execute and manage marketing campaigns across various channels including digital. social media email and events.
Develop and implement appropriate marketing strategies including but not limited to content creation to support campaigns and sales enablement.
Coordinate market research initiatives to develop detailed understandings of target markets customer segments and competitors for strategic portfolio growth.
Collaborate with sales product line managers and marketing team members to ensure alignment and effective execution of go-to market strategies and product launches.
Manage marketing content across different platforms and formats ensuring it is up-to-date and relevant.
Maintain and effectively communicate active tracking of market/industry trends.
Gather and communicate sales and customer successes to stay aligned with market needs.
Develop and refine product value propositions and messaging frameworks.
Optimize customer engagement and support campaigns through data-driven strategies.
Prepare reports on campaign performance providing insights and recommendations for future strategies.
Must be able to perform the essential functions with or without accommodations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business Administration or relevant field.
3 years experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing.
Strong understanding of marketing principles strategies marketing digital tools and techniques/best practices.
Excellent communication (oral and written) with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to analyze data develop effective marketing strategies provide reports while utilizing analytical tools.
Strong understanding of market dynamics competitor activities and customer needs.
Ability to manage complex projects and ensure timely execution with attention to detail.
Experience in developing creative marketing strategies and solutions.
Demonstrated experience with Google AdWords Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Search Engine Marketing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.
