This is a hands-on role with direct cross functional engagement across all levels of IT and the opportunity to influence value and change. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager Technology Portfolio Planning & Governance you will serve as the primary contact for Portfolio Governance Insight and Reporting related to IT Projects specifically support the Global Enterprise Applications team.
What you will do:
PMO Methodology Governance and Insights:
Execute governance and controls using a cooperative approach balancing the needs of the project with the needs of the organization.
Drive and participate in the IT Project Center of Excellence (COE).
Develop and Support IT Project Communications and Change.
Embrace continuous improvement and problem solving to Team and Portfolio.
Leverage analysis and experience to deliver insights to IT Leadership.
Portfolio Management and Reporting:
Coordinate monthly project status report collection and consolidate into meaningful data.
Produce monthly detailed and summary IT Project Portfolio reports for leadership.
Coordinate and engage in targeted project reviews including budget health and benefit realization.
Assist with preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
Provide ad hoc support to projects PMs and IT leadership as required.
What you will bring:
Post-secondary education required.
8 years experience in Project Program or Portfolio Management.
Excellent computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel PowerPoint Teams Sharepoint and Power BI.
Experience with financial management software (SAP Oracle etc.) and financial reporting is an asset.
Compensation & Benefits:
The salary range for this role in Loveland CO is between $87000 - $149100. While we provide this range as general guidance several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including but not limited to candidate skill set experience and training licensure and certifications work location and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such asperformance of the company and the employee.
