About the role:
We are looking to significantly grow and scale our capabilities across Banking Financial Risk Management working together with our banking and capital markets clients to find new ways to secure value and to navigate uncertainty with confidence.
We are hiring a highly driven commercially focused Director who will play a pivotal role in accelerating our growth in large-scale Risk and Reporting transformation initiatives.
We seek an individual who brings a blend of strategic vision and hands-on expertise with a particular focus on leveraging Generative AI to redefine banking risk management and deliver innovative value-driven solutions for our clients.
The individual will have a deep understanding in and experience of banking financial risk management and a proven track record of leading large-scale change / transformation programmes and / or complex BAU financial risk management addition the individual will have a strong commercial mindset demonstrated by their ability to identify new business opportunities drive revenue growth and deliver value-added solutions for clients.
What your days will look like:
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Driving go-to-market strategy development and execution for new financial risk management solutions
Leading large-scale transformation programmes in risk treasury and regulatory reporting This includes leveraging GenAI technology solutions and risk management frameworks policies and procedures
Collaborating with our technology teams to develop and implement innovative technology solutions
Developing strong client relationships and becoming a trusted advisor
Driving business development initiatives and thought leadership
This role is for you if:
We need individuals with Financial Services and/or Professional Services background with skills and experience in one or a combination of the following:
Expertise in banking financial risk management
Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation programmes particularly those with a technology or GenAI focus
Commercial mindset demonstrated through developing go-to-market strategies for innovative risk solutions
Strong collaboration skills working effectively with other PwC Risk and technology specialists
Track record of building trusted relationships
