Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electric Motor Mechanic with experience in diagnosing repairing and testing industrial electric motors and related equipment. If you have strong technical skills and a passion for precision work we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose disassemble repair and test a variety of industrial AC/DC motors generators pumps gearboxes and other rotating equipment
- Use precision tools and equipment such as multimeters high-pot testers growlers micrometers and calipers for accurate diagnostics and measurement
- Perform failure analysis document findings and follow proper procedures for part identification and reassembly
- Conduct in-house and on-site repairs in accordance with OEM EASA and customer specifications
- Maintain accurate service records including testing results troubleshooting steps and quality control checks
- Ensure compliance with all mechanical and electrical safety practices
Qualifications:
Must Have:
- Industrial Electric Motor experience (not automotive)
- Proven winder experience
- Skilled motor mechanic background
- 2 years of related experience or relevant technical training (EASA military or equivalent)
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards
