Overview:
A senior-level marketing leader is sought to drive strategy and execution across retail e-commerce and B2B channels. Reporting to the CEO this role involves shaping brand growth enhancing customer engagement and delivering measurable sales impact in a fast-paced multi-channel environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead mentor and grow a multidisciplinary marketing team.
- Oversee digital marketing (SEO SEM social media email content) for B2C and B2B.
- Manage brand positioning advertising campaigns and consistent messaging across all media.
- Direct PR activities media relations and brand reputation management.
- Plan and execute product launches and promotional campaigns across channels.
- Manage and track marketing budgets for optimal ROI.
- Maintain a coordinated marketing calendar for timely execution.
- Ensure compliance with local marketing regulations including obtaining required permits.
- Collaborate closely with retail e-commerce B2B and procurement teams.
- Conduct market research competitor analysis and consumer insight studies.
- Establish KPIs monitor performance and present actionable reports to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Marketing Business Communications or related field; Masters preferred.
- 8 to 10 years progressive marketing experience including management roles in retail and e-commerce.
- Proven B2B marketing expertise.
- Strong track record in digital marketing and analytics.
- Skilled in PR advertising product launches and campaign management.
- Experience with budget management and marketing compliance in Qatar is an advantage.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic.
- Strong leadership project management and strategic thinking skills.
