Position: Portuguese-Speaking Customer Support Representative
Location: Athens Greece (Relocation from Portugal required)
Employment Type: Full-time On-site
Remuneration: Base salary relocation package
We are seeking a Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our clients dynamic team in Athens Greece. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers providing world-class assistance and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email or chat in Portuguese.
Assist customers with product information troubleshooting and order processing.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
Deliver a friendly empathetic and solution-oriented customer experience.
Requirements
Fluent level of Portuguese (European).
Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Open to relocating to Athens Greece.
