Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research to identify industry trends market dynamics and potential growth opportunities. Analyze competitor activities and customer preferences to inform business strategies.
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and generate new business leads through various channels including cold calling networking referrals and digital marketing efforts.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients partners and key stakeholders. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business development strategies that align with the companys goals and objectives.
- Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare comprehensive proposals negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business opportunities.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Experience: 12 years of experience in business development or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate contracts pricing and terms to secure favorable deals.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market data identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage client interactions and sales processes.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
Special Requirements:
- Valid Driving License: Required for client visits and fieldwork.
