As an Equity Plan Management Analyst at JPMorgan Chase within the Equity Plan Management Centre of Excellence you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients strategic goals through innovative share plan administration.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Equity Plan Management Analyst. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in numeric analysis and procedural management and will be proficient in computer applications particularly Microsoft Excel and Word. This role requires competence in prioritizing tasks with tight deadlines and supporting projects aimed at enhancing business operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage Equity Plan Management.
  • Manage client events such as enrollment purchase vesting and option exercises.
  • Maintain accurate records of all share plan transactions including grants exercises releases and share sales.
  • Prepare detailed reports for clients and their payrolls.
  • Facilitate the delivery of share plan administration tasks for a portfolio of companies within a collaborative team environment.
  • Ensure timely completion of routine data processing tasks including data uploads reconciliations and standard processing.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of reports and other documents.
  • Maintain comprehensive procedural and process documentation to ensure accurate transaction processing and minimize risk.
  • Support the planning and execution of company events.
  • Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing business operations.

Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills

  • Relevant experience in Equity Plan Management
  • Strong skills in numeric analysis and procedural management.
  • Competence in prioritizing tasks with tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Teams)
