Job Description

Position: French-Speaking Customer Support Representative
Location: Athens Greece
Employment Type: Full-time On-site
Remuneration: Base salary relocation package



We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our clients dynamic team in Athens Greece. This role offers the chance to work in a multicultural environment while helping customers from around the world.

You will serve as the first point of contact for customers providing professional friendly and effective support to ensure their needs are met.


Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone email or chat in French.
Offer accurate information troubleshooting assistance and order support.

Requirements
Native or fluent French speaker.
