Salary: OTE 50000 per annum

We are working with an established evolving estate agency group with offices in and around Bromley. Theyre looking to appoint a motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator to join their thriving team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proven record in property sales who is now looking to take the next step in their career with a highly regarded energetic high-street brand.
Youll need to bring enthusiasm a likeable personality and a proactive attitude to property sales.
Local area knowledge is advantageous and a passion for delivering results is essential.
What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Registering buyers and qualifying leads
- Conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Generating new business opportunities
- Delivering outstanding customer service to buyers and vendors
- Supporting team targets and office performance
- Maintaining accurate records and following up leads
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Minimum 12 months experience in estate agency or a customer-facing sales role
- Proven sales ability and confidence in negotiation
- High standard of customer service
- Strong communication and telephone skills
- Ambitious driven and self-motivated
- Smart professional appearance
- Full UK driving licence essential
