We are a hard-working down-to-earth and passionate group of professionals who provide quality geotechnical site investigation analysis and design advice to the construction infrastructure and energy sectors.
CMW has maintained year-on-year growth since its establishment in 2012 and the Rockhampton office is looking to bring on an Administrator / Accounts Officer to primarily support the Northern Queensland region. The role is varied and would suit someone with a strong background in accounts/bookkeeping who is happy getting stuck in and helping out wherever required to keep the office running smoothly. Outside of accounts youll also be involved with general and project-related administration tasks.
Responsibilities
- Timely processing of monthly accounts reporting & reconciliations
- Effective maintenance and administration of a range of office systems such as the Health & Safety System and Quality System in conjunction with the Office Manager
- Efficient running of the office including supplies mail calls and messages couriers photocopying binding and general office maintenance
- Accurate documentation of key meetings such as audits health and safety meetings and team meetings
- Organisation of key communications and events for staff
Qualification/Experience
- Previous experience working within a professional services office environment.
- 2 years experience with accounts and invoicing
- Relevant qualification in administration bookkeeping business or similar.
- MYOB experience preferred
