About the Role
Were looking for a capable and detail oriented Accounting Support Administrator to join our this role youll work closely with our accountants to ensure the smooth execution of daily operations by supporting everything from invoicing and company set ups to regulatory lodgements and data management.
While you wont be client facing in an advisory capacity youll play a vital behind the scenes role keeping documentation accurate deadlines on track and systems up to date. If you love well organised processes and have a sharp eye for detail this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and send client invoices and manage billing records
Assist with company and SMSF establishment paperwork and submissions
Support ASIC compliance by preparing and lodging required forms
Assist with ATO administration including document preparation and lodgement tracking
Maintain structured digital filing systems for all client and entity records
Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate team member
Prepare and upload accurate payment schedules on behalf of clients
Maintain templates forms and internal registers to ensure compliance
Coordinate with the accounting team to track deliverables and keep workflows moving
About You
Youre a reliable and highly organised administrator who takes pride in accuracy and meeting deadlines. Youre comfortable working with systems handling sensitive documents and following well defined processes. You enjoy supporting a team and ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.
To succeed in this role youll bring:
Previous experience in an accounting or professional services admin role
Strong data entry skills and high attention to detail
Familiarity with accounting & document management systems
A proactive attitude with the ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
Strong organisational skills and a willingness to learn
