We are seeking a proactive organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day administrative functions. You will ensure smooth operations by handling various tasks enabling our team to maintain efficiency and focus on key objectives.
Act as the first point of contactmanaging emails calls and scheduling
Maintain calendars schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
Prepare and edit documents presentations and spreadsheets
Assist with travel bookings logistics and expense report compilation
Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital filing systems
Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups via email or chat
Support team members with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks
Conduct internet research and gather information as required
Handle confidential data with discretion and secure document management
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in administrative support roles
Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal
Strong organization and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Drive)
Comfortable navigating calendar apps video conferencing and cloud tools
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
Reliable internet connection and structured workspace
Certificate or degree in Business Administration Communications or a related field
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot) project management tools (e.g. Trello Asana) or helpdesk systems
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping tools (e.g. QuickBooks Xero) is a plus
