At SummitNext Technologies Sdn. Bhd. we are a leading BPO and Technology Solutions provider where innovation meets excellence. As we expand were seeking talented individuals to join our Customer Service team based in Damansara City Mall.
Job Description
Respond to customer inquiries promptly via calls emails and other contact channels.
Assist customers with automotive-related queries and service requests.
Provide accurate information and resolve complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Record and submit customer cases in the internal system according to SOP.
Collaborate with team members to meet project KPIs and quality standards.
Job Requirements
Diploma or higher qualification.
Strong communication skills in English and Malay (written verbal listening).
Previous customer service/BPO experience preferred automotive industry knowledge is an advantage.
Customer-oriented mindset pleasant interpersonal skills and willingness to learn.
Proficient in office software and computer operations.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Job Type & Schedule
Full-time rotational shifts
5 working days per week
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: RM3000/month
Performance KPI Incentive: Up to RM300/month
