Job Summary

This Monday-Friday role is a full-time permanent opportunity.

Due to company growth we are currently seeking an experienced results focused Regional Customer Service Team Leadto join our centralised is a full time permanent role based in Sydney (N/NE region). You will be flexible to travel between multiple Sydney sites.

In a fast-paced environment you will be working closely with the National Customer Relations Lead andSite will lead a Team of highly trained Customer Care professionals across our various sites in Sydney.

Additionally this role will include (but not be limited to):

  • Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly
  • Providing a supportive work environment for all Customer Care Advisors.
  • Investigation and reporting of customer complaints / queries.
  • Internal stakeholder engagement.
  • Recruitment training and performance management for Customer Care team members.

To be Considered you will:

  • Have previous experience in a customer facing fast pacedenvironment.
  • Strive to achieve a positive customer experience in every interaction.
  • Have high attention to detail.
  • Be organised and have exceptional time management skills.
  • Build rapport in person as well as over the phone.
  • Work well in a team.
