Job Description

Head of Revenue Enablement

Location: London England (Hybrid)
Reports to: Chief Commercial Officer

Role Overview

As Head of Revenue Enablement youll design and lead strategies that empower our sales marketing and customer success teams to drive revenue growth. Youll own the tools training content and insights that align our go-to-market teams ensuring prospects move efficiently from first contact to signed customer.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a revenue enablement roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Partner with sales marketing and customer success leaders to unify messaging processes and tools.
  • Oversee enablement team members across content automation analytics and training.

Sales & Marketing Alignment

  • Lead lead-to-demo conversion strategy integrating lead sourcing (Apollo LinkedIn) with marketing automation and nurturing workflows.
  • Drive consistent messaging and positioning across all channels and customer touchpoints.

Training & Development

  • Build onboarding and ongoing training programs for GTM teams.
  • Introduce best practices in SaaS sales demo delivery and customer engagement.

Data & Insights

  • Set and track KPIs for enablement impact (win rates conversion rates deal velocity).
  • Oversee A/B testing and campaign analysis to optimize outreach and engagement.

Requirements

8 years in Revenue Enablement Sales Enablement or Revenue Operations with leadership experience.

  1. Proven success in B2B SaaS ideally in fintech or compliance tech.
  2. Strong expertise in CRM and automation tools (HubSpot Pipedrive Salesforce Apollo Outreach).
  3. Experience managing multi-functional teams.
  4. Exceptional communication leadership and strategic thinking skills.
