Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Tulsa is searching for a charismatic and experienced Senior Dealer to join our team! Youll play a vital role in dealing cards professionally ensuring accurate payouts and providing exceptional service to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt courteous and accurate card dealing with a focus on security and precision.
- Create a welcoming and entertaining environment for guests ensuring they understand the game and have a fantastic experience.
- Maintain game security exchange currency for chips and ensure adherence to all gaming regulations.
Qualifications
- Were looking for someone with a minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 6 months of directly related experience.Alternativelya blend of education and relevant experience will do the trick!
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with a team.
- You possess excellent customer service skills and enjoy interacting with people.
- Must have and maintain a valid drivers license to assist with various properties if needed.
- Must successfully complete training in CNE Gaming Academy.
- Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
- Be prepared for a vibrant atmosphere with exposure to smoke noise and bright lights.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can maintain focus under pressure.
