Job Description
- Serve as a critical decision-maker for developing and implementing business product requirements into PLM solutions.
- Lead efforts to deliver new capabilities and optimize Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes (Flex-PLM).
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with internal agile teams and external technology partners.
- Develop customizations and integrations to enhance PLM system functionality.
- Work with retail industry Item/Product data ensuring system performance and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure quality and integrity of solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation including system designs deployment plans and user guides.
- Stay current with latest PLM product features and industry best practices.
- Apply knowledge of software development requirements translation and backlog management.
- Utilize technical skills in JavaScript Java JSP HTML C# .NET and SQL for software development and data analysis.
- Work with middleware solutions for system integration and data movement between enterprise systems.
- Ensure Agile principles and methodologies (Scrum Kanban etc.) are maintained throughout project lifecycle.
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Manage multiple priorities and initiatives proactively prioritizing work and managing expectations.
- Foster a collaborative customer-focused and results-driven team environment.
