Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Business development Specialist to join our company.


Job Summary:

The Business Development Specialist primary responsibility will be to drive business growth and revenue generation by acquiring new clients and expanding our client base. You will leverage your exceptional sales and networking skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers in target industries. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities negotiate contracts and collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver exceptional recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by researching and identifying potential clients in target industries.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and client needs.
  • Proactively engage with key decisionmakers and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and position our agency as a trusted partner.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations proposals and demonstrations to showcase our recruitment services and value proposition.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with clients ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Foster longterm client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (preferred).
  • 6 months experience in a similar position
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decisionmakers.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to articulate the value proposition effectively.
  • Selfmotivated and driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads track activities and generate reports.
