Strategic Partnerships Expert
Responsibility
1. Establish and enhance the partnership models with all segments with full alignment with the corporate strategy and objectives.
2. Support and guide the identification of potential strategic partners that align with the organizations goals and objectives.
3. Establish the partnerships negotiation models to ensure successful agreements and targets accomplishment.
4. Develop the longterm partnerships relationships management plans; and build/maintain strong long term relationships with strategic partners to maximize collaboration and success. 5. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless of partnership initiatives. 6. Stay informed about industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and keep existing partnerships competitive. 7. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnerships and regularly analyze and report on the performance of strategic initiatives. 8. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with partnerships to protect the interests of the organization.
9. Proactively seek innovative and creative partnership opportunities that can drive growth and innovation.
Experience & Qualification
1. Bachelors or masters degree in business marketing communications or a related field.
2. Proven experience in strategic partnerships business development or a related field with a track record of successfully establishing and managing partnerships.
3. Strong negotiation and deal making skills with the ability to create winwin scenarios for both parties.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build strong relationships.
5. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to assess partnership opportunities and measure their success.
6. A deep understanding of the industry market trends and the competitive landscape.
7. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate a dynamic business environment.
8. Ability to work collaboratively with Cross functional teams and influence without direct authority.
