You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailReporting to and working closely alongside the Associate Vice President Advancement & Alumni Relations the Executive Assistant Advancement (The Assistant) is responsible for administrative functions related to operational support to the Associate Vice President Advancement & Alumni Relations as well as the AVP & CCMO and the Special Advisor to the President Collaborative Innovation.
The Assistant participates in and assumes responsibility in supporting projects committees and process improvement initiatives. The incumbent is responsible for the efficient and effective coordination for projects and related activities in the department; such as event and stewardship activities.
The incumbent is a front-line adviser escalating matters as appropriate and supporting the AVPs and Directors in the work and development of the Office and the portfolio.
Due to confidential aspect of work considerable discretion and judgement is required.
