Early-stage team of 14 people.
2 Account Executives 1 Head of Sales.
Strong technical co-founders (CEO CPO).
$4M seed funding $350K ARR projected $2M ARR in 12 months before Series A.
Role description:
Join as commercial lead and late co-founder alongside technical founders.
Full commercial ownership across sales marketing partnerships and growth.
Build the GTM motion from the ground up: strategy processes tech stack KPIs commission plans hiring roadmap execution.
Optimise product-market fit and pricing strategy.
Set up and execute outbound sales playbook while managing inbound flow.
Target mid-market and enterprise (502500 employees).
Buyer personas: CTO CDO VP Engineering VP Product Head of QA.
Deal size: 2-15K MRR 13 month sales cycles to 612 month POCs.
Quota: growth from $350K ARR to $2M ARR by summer 2026.

Skilled in selling to technical buyers.
Comfortable in early-stage high-ambiguity environments.
Fluent in AI tool usage for daily work.
Nice to haves:
Background in DevTools infra or ML/AI.
Prior founder / 01 sales motion experience.
U.S. and European market experience.
Fundraising involvement.
Compensation & Benefits:
100150K SEK/month OTE (3040% bonus). (105K-156K EUR/year).
15% equity ESOP.
