The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking a results driven Network Systems Manager to lead a team of Network Systems engineers responsible for designing implementing and maintaining robust network systems and digital connectivity solutions to support our cutting-edge aerospace projects. This position is based in Everett WA. This hands on leadership role focuses on people management/development project execution and technical guidance across network systems commodities.
Position Overview:
The selected candidate will lead our cross functional team responsible for customer readiness to operate and maintain our network and connectivity technologically advanced aircraft. This role requires excellent collaboration communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to manage a global teams.

Position Responsibilities:
Managing team priorities work statement and budget allocation
Acquiring resources and staffing
Developing employees performance evaluations and mentoring team
Oversight of technical decision-making and engineering quality
Reporting and elevating status to senior management
Direct coordination with Customer including quarterly all airline meetings
Cross-functional coordination with other organizations such as Boeing Global Services and airplane programs
Develop and execute project and process plans implements policies and procedures and set operational goals
Some travel required (Domestic & internationally).
Work Authorization:
This position is required to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Everett WA.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology) chemistry physics mathematics data science or computer science.
3 years of experience in systems engineering systems integration software engineering electrical engineering certification network security and/or cybersecurity
1 years of experience leading a project or team
Preferred Qualification (Desired Skills / Experience):
Experience in the aerospace industry
Experience working with AvionX as a partner or vertical organization.
Project management experience
Proven ability to lead with the Boeing Values
Solid technical background with the ability to guide and mentor the team.
