Are you passionate about making a difference in oncology We are seeking a driven Key Account Manager to join our Oncology Business Unit in this field-based role you will develop and execute strategic account plans build strong relationships with healthcare providers and drive the uptake of our oncology portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:Build and maintain trusted relationships with key healthcare professionals and decision-makers. Conduct regular face-to-face meetings gather insights and influence prescription behavior.
Account Strategy:Develop and implement account plans to drive growth and maximize opportunities within assigned hospitals and clinics.
Market Insight:Stay updated on market trends treatment gaps and the competitive landscape to inform strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams (Marketing Medical Market Access etc.) to ensure a unified approach and support brand access.
Performance Tracking:Monitor key metrics and adjust strategies to achieve business objectives and maximize impact.
Key Competencies & Skills
Strategic Account Management:Ability to analyze market dynamics develop effective business plans and manage key accounts to drive growth and value creation.
Relationship Building & Communication:Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong partnerships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders combined with the ability to communicate complex scientific and business information clearly.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams (such as Medical Marketing and Market Access) to ensure a unified customer-focused approach and support the successful implementation of account strategies.
Qualifications
Degree in Business Medicine Pharmacy Life Sciences or related field.
LIF Certification required.
Preferably 3 to 5 years of experience from pharmaceutical customer facing roles
Strong knowledge of the Swedish healthcare system.
Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Excellent collaboration skills and a flexible mindset.
Strategic thinker with a proactive self-motivated and self-going approach.
Fluency in Swedish and English is mandatory.
Driving license.
