The opportunity
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional HR services and driving process improvements Join our dynamic HR Shared Services team as an HR Specialist where youll play a key role in supporting internal customers and ensuring accurate timely HR service delivery. This is your chance to be part of a collaborative environment that values initiative quality and continuous improvement. Whilst our team is hybrid based in the UK we provide services and support to our employees in both UK and IE.
As part of this role youll also bring valuable experience in legislation and payroll processes helping us ensure compliance and excellence in service delivery across the region.
How youll make an impact
As a HR Specialist you will:
Managing end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding job changes offer letter generation terminations etc.) C&B and payroll related processes in Workday an HR time system and other relevant HR systems.
Collaborating closely with our payroll vendor to ensure accurate and timely payroll.
Handling employee queries and transactional requests via our HR ticketing system in line with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Communicate effectively with stakeholders such as country HR teams managers employees keeping them informed about process progress and outcomes.
Ensuring HR data accuracy and process compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Supporting audits HR projects process improvements across the Benelux region
Your background
Youre a great fit for this role if you bring:
3 5 years of experience in an HR Operations and preferred Payroll environment ideally with outsourced payroll services.
Good understanding of employment legislation and payroll processes (UK & IE).
Experience in working with HR systems such as HR systems Workday ServiceNow.
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Ability to work effectively with colleagues and vendors across borders.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy levels.
