Job Title: IT Manager
Location: Glasgow
We are currently looking for an experiencedIT Manager to join our team!
This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary between 50000 to 600000 dependant on skills knowledge and experience bonus and benefits package.
This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for delivering and maintaining a business-led IT strategy that empowers every part of Kuras operations. Youll lead a talented internal team and manage key third-party relationships ensuring that our IT infrastructure systems and services are not only secure and robust but are actively driving innovation and business efficiency.
- Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role ideally within a fast-paced service-driven environment.
- Strong background in IT strategy development service management and supplier governance.
- Deep understanding of business systems IT infrastructure cyber security and emerging technologies.
- Track record of leading developing and inspiring high-performing teams.
- Commercially astute with experience in IT budgeting and cost control.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A proactive customer-focused mindset with the ability to lead change and deliver results.
