As an IT Support Engineer you will be responsible for:
Maintaining daily IT operations to serve users IT needs
Providing hands & feet support for Servers Networking and conference rooms
Performing Installation Move Add and Change (IMAC) of IT Assets
Delivering VIP Support with tailored and proactive IT assistance
Managing non-PC IT equipment including servers printers and phones
Supporting mobile devices including configuration and troubleshooting
Deploying approved End User images and software patches
Handling hardware break/fixes and warranty claim management
Coordinating with vendors and remote support teams
Supporting special events and after-hours when required
Responding to and diagnosing hardware and software incidents
Ensuring incidents are handled according to Priority Metrics
Participating in infrastructure projects and security activities

Required Skills:
What you need: Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field. CompTIA A Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or better. Minimum of 18 months years of IT experience. Mobile device management including IOS and Android devices Enterprise encryption solutions Windows PC/laptop management via Active Directory. Proven ability to multi-task effectively determine priorities and meet SLAs. Adaptable and flexible in a fast-changing industry and work environment. Willing to work off-hours and weekends when required for projects or emergency support. Language & Communication: Fluent in both spoken and written Polish and English.
