Looking for a technical recruiter to join our team in recruiting Technical staff.
we are looking for a marketing/ sales professional who will be able to learn. Training will be provided in the recruitment industry to place engineers technicians and artisans
Qualifications and experience required:
- Matric plus tertiary qualification/ courses
- Sales and Marketing experience required.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trust with candidates and clients.
- Strong organisational and self-management skills
- Source screen interview coordinate and close candidates for specific positions.
- Manage multiple open roles while maintaining candidate quality and speed-to-hire.
