Job Description
A fast-scaling leader in the tech space is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee daily financial operations and contribute to shaping the broader financial strategy. This is a high-impact role where youll work closely with the CFO offering strategic input while ensuring solid financial systems reporting accuracy and operational efficiency. Youll play a key role in supporting the company s rapid growth across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all core financial operations including performance tracking invoicing compliance tax treasury and cash flow
Partner with the CFO and Financial Reporting Lead to define and execute financial strategies that support the company s growth trajectory
Ensure adherence to local and international compliance standards in partnership with the Legal and Compliance function
Act as a financial advisor to stakeholders across departments offering insight to guide both operational and strategic decisions
Deliver data-driven analysis to support executive projects and decision-making
Build and lead a strong finance team fostering professional development and high performance
Requirements
Requirements
CA(SA) with at least 3 years post-articles commercial experience
Solid technical accounting background with an eye for improving systems and controls
Analytical mindset with experience interpreting complex data and financial models
Ability to switch seamlessly between strategic thinking and operational detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidence engaging across teams
Track record of working effectively in fast-paced high-growth business environments
Exposure to managing multi-entity finance operations and tax matters including transfer pricing is advantageous
