Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate the craps table and ensure all equipment is in good working condition onboard the cruise ship

- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Explain the rules and procedures of the game to new players

- Deal cards and monitor the game to ensure fair play and adherence to rules

- Handle payouts and collect losing bets

- Maintain a clean and organized gaming area

- Interact with guests and provide exceptional customer service at all times

- Report any incidents or issues to the supervisor in a timely manner

- Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable gaming experience for guests

- Attend training sessions and stay updated on new games and rules

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a craps dealer

- Strong knowledge of craps rules and strategies

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

- Must be able to obtain a gaming license

- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
