Description
We are seeking a highly organized detail-oriented and Experienced Automotive Contracts Clerk to join our team. As an Automotive Contracts Clerk you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of automotive contracts and related documentation.
Responsibilities:
Review process and maintain automotive contracts ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Verify contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Collaborate with sales finance and legal departments to gather necessary information and resolve any discrepancies.
Effective communication skills both written and verbalinvoices purchase orders and amendments.
Maintain organized and to-date contract files and electronic records for easy retrieval and reference.
Assist in monitoring contract expiration dates and renewal timelines to prevent lapses and ensure timely renewals.
Communicate effectively with internal teams clients and vendors to address contract-related inquiries and concerns.
Support the contract negotiation process by providing accurate information and facilitating communication between parties.
Provide administrative support to the contracts management team including data entry and reporting.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong experience in a contracts administration in the automotive industry.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and document review.
Proficiency in using contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a high volume of contracts and tasks.
Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
