Manage productivity by fixing productivity parameters for ASMs/SMs/PSF monitoring performance against set parameters and weekly review with the ASMs and monthly review with the sales teams. 4. Achieving & exceeding Business goals. 5. Creating a strong & compliant sales culture across to drive acquisitions profitability and employee development. 6. Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction. 7. Ensuring that Goals PMS discussions Development Plan discussions ongoing coaching and feedback skip level meetings are done on time and in an effective manner. 8. Effectively engage Operations & Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes & profitability across locations. 9. Managing Collections of the acquired portfolio for the Region 10. Employee will have to travel to meet all Dealers & help SMs to source Business for entire Region.
Required Qualifications and Experience
1. Graduation with 8 to 10 years and MBA with 6-8 years of relevant experience. 2. Relevant sales experience in managing large sales channels in multiple market environments 3. Prior & relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry would be an added advantage. 4. Demonstrated success & achievement orientation. 5. Excellent communication & relationship skills. 6. Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment. 7. Demonstrated ability to lead from the front. 8. Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and drive profitability. 9. Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self starter.
