Job Description

Description
  • Conduct research in the field for long and extensive hours.
  • Plan and co-ordinate research with single or multi-disciplinary team.
  • Data capturing analysis interpretations and recommendations.
  • Analytical problem solving.
  • Disseminates technology through peer-reviewed scientific articles.
  • Regularly provide feedback (verbal/written) on work activities to supervisor.
  • Comply with health and safety and risk procedures.
Requirements
  • BSc honours or Post Graduate Diploma (NQF level 8) in Agriculture with specialization inCrop Science Soil Science or Agronomy.
  • Candidate will register for MSc in 2026 academic year.
  • Candidate who is currently busy with Honours / Post Graduate Diploma qualification must complete the programme before the end of 2025.
  • Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • A minimum average of more than 60% achievement in BSc honours or Post Graduate Diploma qualification.
  • Ability to do physical work.
  • Great learning capability.
  • A valid drivers license will be an advantage.
