Job Description
- Conduct research in the field for long and extensive hours.
- Plan and co-ordinate research with single or multi-disciplinary team.
- Data capturing analysis interpretations and recommendations.
- Analytical problem solving.
- Disseminates technology through peer-reviewed scientific articles.
- Regularly provide feedback (verbal/written) on work activities to supervisor.
- Comply with health and safety and risk procedures.
- BSc honours or Post Graduate Diploma (NQF level 8) in Agriculture with specialization inCrop Science Soil Science or Agronomy.
- Candidate will register for MSc in 2026 academic year.
- Candidate who is currently busy with Honours / Post Graduate Diploma qualification must complete the programme before the end of 2025.
- Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- A minimum average of more than 60% achievement in BSc honours or Post Graduate Diploma qualification.
- Ability to do physical work.
- Great learning capability.
- A valid drivers license will be an advantage.
