Our client is a leading provider of diagnostic health kits offering accessible and accurate testing solutions through major retail channels like Amazon and Walmart. As we expand our brick and mortar and e-commerce presence we are looking for a dedicated leader to oversee our operations and drive positive ROI growth.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on data driven Retail Marketing Manager to optimize our presence on key online and physical marketplaces including Amazon and Walmart. The ideal candidate will have experience on product positioning and navigating 1P (first-party) and 3P (third-party) relationships coordinating with vendors and ensuring the seamless execution of both brick and mortar and e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and optimize product listings across multiple platforms such as Amazon Walmart stores to ensure product can sell through effectively
Develop and execute marketplace strategies to increase sales visibility and brand presence.
Operate Shopify updates etc. Mail Chimp and Google Ads
Handle day-to-day marketplace operations including inventory management product positioning pricing and promotions.
Oversee relationships with key retail partners ensuring compliance with marketplace policies and best practices and ensuring a hands-on approach.
Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external vendors.
Monitor marketplace analytics sales performance and KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
Assist with marketing initiatives including potential management of paid media campaigns.
Content writing (emails and client correspondence)
Stay updated on industry trends competitive landscape and platform algorithm changes.
Qualifications:
Experience: 8 years in e-commerce marketplace management or a related field
Retail Relationship Management: Experience operating brick and mortar and e-comm (1P and 3P) retail relationships
Product Marketing Expertise: Strong in product positioning pricing consumer segmentation to ensure product can sell efficiently through the channels
Project Management Skills: Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders vendors and projects simultaneously.
Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of marketplace data sales performance tracking and reporting with a strong pulse on ROI analysis.
Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing paid media and e-commerce promotions is a plus.
