Job Summary

Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Location: Tucson AZ

Job Description:

Own end-to-end program execution for DBW systems across multiple machine platforms.
Define program scope milestones and deliverables in collaboration with the stakeholders.
Track progress manage risks and ensure timely delivery of technical solutions.
Work closely with system engineers software developers and test engineers to align technical execution with program goals.
Facilitate design reviews requirement traceability and integration planning.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety protocols.
Coordinate machine testing activities at Proving Grounds.
Manage test schedules logistics and reporting for on-machine validation.
Support root cause analysis and resolution of field issues.
Stakeholder Communication:
Provide regular updates on program status risks and mitigation plans.
Prepare and present technical and programmatic reports to leadership.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical or Systems).
8 12 years of experience in technical program management or systems engineering.
Proven experience managing complex embedded systems or control systems programs.
Strong understanding of off-highway machinery DBW systems and safety-critical development.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA MS Project and requirements management platforms.
Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with heavy equipment OEMs.
Exposure to machine testing environments and field validation processes.
PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
