Job Description
Join our client in the Boland who has a fast-paced innovative e-commerce team focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience. Were looking for a detail-oriented solutions-driven engineer to support digital platforms and backend systems across inventory order processing logistics and customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities
Design implement and maintain operational systems
Optimise processes using engineering principles
Translate business needs into clear technical requirements
Lead continuous improvement projects
Analyse data and create dashboards to drive performance
Collaborate with warehousing fulfilment and customer teams
Requirements
Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
3 years experience in systems engineering or e-commerce operations
Basic SQL and experience with process mapping tools
Power Platform Power BI ERP/WMS experience (advantageous)
Strong project and time management skills
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Passion for digital commerce and retail innovation
