Job Description
Guest Relations Officer Luxury Hotel Cape Town
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a well-presented and service-driven Guest Relations Officer to join a prestigious luxury hotel in Cape Town. This position requires a warm and professional individual with a strong background in high-end hospitality and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival ensuring a personalised and seamless check-in process
Serve as the main point of contact for guests throughout their stay
Address and resolve guest concerns and requests promptly and professionally
Coordinate with various departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations
Manage guest profiles and preferences to enhance the overall experience
Assist with reservations special arrangements and concierge services
Promote hotel services and amenities to maximise guest enjoyment
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required
Requirements:
Previous experience in a guest-facing role within a 4 or 5-star hospitality environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Immaculate grooming and professional presentation
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
A passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
Package:
