We are seeking a Senior Business Advisor with strong financial management expertise to join our newly created role within the Finance Division of Corporate Enabling Services (CES).
About the role
As part of the Business Advisory team youll partner with the Deputy Secretarys Office to provide high-quality advice on financial management business planning management accounting and strategic costing.
Youll deliver data-driven insights to support executive decisions and work with stakeholders including NSW Treasury to ensure transparent financial reporting. Your role includes developing business cases return on Investment assessments compliance activities and aligning financial and operational plans with department goals.
Youll also lead analytics using current financial systems (MyWorkZone and MyOutcomes) in DCCEEW and utilising Power BI and Excelanalysing data utilising Power BI and dashboards for tracking performance and driving strategic reporting.
This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative high-performing dynamic team. Experience supporting a Deputy Secretary or senior executives is highly valued.
