Job Title: Senior Business Process Consultant

Purpose and Objective:
SAP America Inc. seeks a Senior Business Process Consultant at our Pittsburgh PA location to facilitate and support the SAP Financial Accounting and Managerial Accounting solutions to enhance the clients business functionality and overall performance.
Expectations and Tasks:
Utilize the deep knowledge and understanding of SAP technical and functional FICO capabilities including industry best practices. Partner with clients to analyze and define business requirements processes and objectives to scope project and deliverables. Provide comprehensive advice to the customers on long-term and short-term perspectives on their key strategic imperatives and recommend innovations that will anticipate the future directions of both business and IT stakeholders. Facilitate in creating a tactical and strategic roadmap charting the deployment of the digital solutions SAP offers. Integrate SAP Financial Accounting and Management Accounting Modules with other SAP Modules.
Education and Occupational Experience:
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Finance Accounting or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Finance Accounting or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:
Experience must involve four (4) years in the following:
FI CO Customization.
Experience must involve one (1) year in the following:
S4HANA 2022 Functional Modules including FICO including integration with SD MM HCM PS WM EAM CS and QM; and
SAP Embedded Analytics.
Travel: Position does require up to 40% domestic travel to various unanticipated customer sites to implement SAP solutions.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $112320 - $155125. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAPs commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $112320 - $182500. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education skills experience scope of the role location etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
