Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Crushing Specialist (yellow metals) in the construction/mining industry.
- Proficient knowledge of crushing equipment systems and processes.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
Responsibilities:.
- Maintain crushing equipment on yellow metals in strict adherence to safety guidelines and manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on crushing machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand crushing requirements and develop effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to crushing equipment promptly.
- Train and mentor junior staff on proper crushing techniques and equipment operation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.
- Keep accurate records of equipment maintenance repairs and operational metrics.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to source and evaluate crushing equipment suppliers.
