What youll need to succeed:
- A degree in Industrial Engineering or a related analytical field.
- 45 years of hands-on experience in data analysis business process improvement and strategic project work.
- Comfort working with large data sets and turning them into actionable insights proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential; experience with SQL Power BI or Python is a plus.
- A strong grasp of how business operations work and how to make them better.
- The ability to communicate clearly confidently and persuasively across teams and with external stakeholders.
- A detail-oriented mindset balanced with the ability to see the bigger strategic picture.
