Roche Pharma in Johannesburg is seeking a candidate for Supply Chain & Finance Project Lead role on an 18 month fixed-term contract.
As the Project Lead your main responsibility will be the successful implementation and management of the ASPIRE project within the local affiliate specifically focusing on the roll out of SAP 4 HANA. This role will play a crucial part in aligning project objectives with business strategies and optimizing supply chain financial efficiency. You will lead the project from initiation to closure ensuring it is completed on time within scope and within budget.
Key Challenges
Project Leadership: Leading and managing the ASPIRE project from inception to closure including defining project objectives scope and deliverables.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaising with key stakeholders to develop detailed project plans and ensuring effective communication among project team members.
Risk Management: Identifying and resolving potential issues implementing corrective actions and maintaining compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Promoting a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and implementing best practices.
Who you are as our ideal candidate:
Experienced Professional: You hold a Bachelors degree in business finance management or a related field along with project management certification (e.g. PMP) and professional accounting certification (e.g. CPA CMA) preferred.
Proven Track Record: You have demonstrated experience in managing complex projects within healthcare or pharmaceutical settings and extensive experience in supply chain finance financial planning and analysis.
Leadership & Communication: Your strong understanding of project management methodologies tools and techniques combined with excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills make you an ideal candidate.
Financial Proficiency: You are proficient in financial modeling analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel SAP) and possess strong analytical thinking problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Regulatory Knowledge: You are knowledgeable about financial regulations compliance standards and supply chain operations able to support data cleansing and align processes with global controls as part of the ASPIRE implementation.
Adaptability: You can manage multiple priorities and tasks concurrently supporting change management activities and training and mentoring project team members to enhance their skills and competencies.
