Strong working knowledge of SQL queries & Unix/Linux shell scripting.

Ability to write SQL queries for reporting and data extraction.

Knowledge of APIs and experience with Postman.

Good troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experience working in Agile methodology with tools like JIRA and Git (or equivalent).

Good to have knowledge of AWS services (S3 ECS CloudWatch).

Enthusiastic and willing to learn new technologies as per project needs.

Proactively work on tickets analyze issues and propose effective solutions.

Work independently on new initiatives.

Actively participate in calls and communicate with both technical and business teams.

Provide flexible support during UK and US shifts (rotation basis).

Weekend support for applications when required.
