Job Title: Project Manager (IT) Senior
Location: Calgary Alberta (Onsite)
Type: Contract 12 Months
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide technology initiatives for our client in the Energy sector. The role involves end-to-end project delivery stakeholder engagement and ensuring successful execution of IT transformation programs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple enterprise IT projects from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope schedule budget and quality objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams including developers analysts and vendors.
- Implement and monitor Agile and Waterfall methodologies as required.
- Drive risk management issue resolution and dependency tracking.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and business stakeholders.
- Deliver status reports dashboards and executive updates.
Requirements:
- 10 years of IT project management experience.
- Strong background in infrastructure application development or ERP programs.
- PMP and/or PMI-ACP certification strongly preferred.
- Experience in Oil & Gas Utilities or Financial sector an asset.
- Excellent leadership communication and vendor management skills.
