Business & Technology Integration – Business Architect (TSO Specialist)

Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: July 14th 2025 - May 8th 2026

Our client in the global professional services industry is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business & Technology Integration Business Architect with specialised expertise in TrueSight Orchestration (TSO) to support a remote project. This role is ideal for a technically proficient Developer with strong problem-solving capabilities workflow design expertise and deep integration experience. You will be responsible for designing configuring administering and supporting TSO environments translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions and ensuring seamless integration across enterprise systems. This role requires hands-on development experience and a proactive collaborative approach to improving operational efficiency and stability.

What you will do:

• Set up new TrueSight Orchestration (TSO) servers and manage ongoing upgrades and configurations.
• Install upgrade configure and administer TSO environments across development and production settings.
• Translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions in close collaboration with the Solution Architect.
• Develop and implement solutions in line with business needs and the SDLC lifecycle.
• Identify propose and implement enhancements to current TSO integrations to improve efficiency and reduce system downtime.
• Provide both operational and development support for TSO ensuring incidents are resolved within SLA targets.
• Understand and maintain any customised capabilities developed within the TSO environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support both new and existing integrations.
• Automate data flows and reduce manual interventions across systems to improve integration efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to TSO applications customisations and integrations promptly.
• Ensure efficient version control and deployment using CI/CD tools particularly GIT.
   

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree university degree or equivalent experience.
TSO (TrueSight Orchestration):

• Proven experience in setting up configuring and administering TSO servers.
• Hands-on experience with TSO installation upgrade and support in enterprise environments.

Integration & Development:

• Strong experience in designing and developing integration workflows.
• Proficiency in key programming and data transformation languages:
  - XML XPath XSLT JSON Regex
• Experience in automating business processes through system integrations.
• Ability to analyse and optimise existing integration architectures.

Additional technical skills:

• Solid understanding and application of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with GIT for version control and collaborative development.
