Job Summary:
The Business Architect will support the re-imagining of healthcare provider identity and access management assets to foster a more connected healthcare system. This role involves designing business and operating models for ONE ID 2.0 supporting digital transformation and ensuring the successful coexistence and migration of identity and access management solutions.
The Business Architect will support the re-imagining of healthcare provider identity and access management assets to foster a more connected healthcare system. This role involves designing business and operating models for ONE ID 2.0 supporting digital transformation and ensuring the successful coexistence and migration of identity and access management solutions.
Location: Toronto Ontario Canada
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate business model innovation and transformation.
- Support fiscal responsibility by evaluating IT products and services for cost-effectiveness.
- Guide modernization efforts by assessing current technologies and processes.
- Standardize identity and access management.
- Implement customer-centered digital transformation.
- Oversee the coexistence and migration strategy for identity and access management solutions.
- Develop architecture artifacts to aid solution architectures business processes and program design.
- Develop and lead the implementation of operational models.
- Facilitate cross-functional teams to prioritize workstreams.
- Provide consultancy services to business leaders and stakeholders.
- Create innovative solutions to identified challenges.
- Lead assigned initiatives from end-to-end.
- Facilitate the development of new processes and procedures.
- Support best practices such as design thinking Agile methods and customer journey mapping.
