Job Description
Position : Business Analyst Identity and Access Management
Location : Chicago IL Hybrid (NEED LOCAL CANDIDATE)
Duration : 6 to 18 months
Deliverables
Clean organized identity data sets ready for RBAC system loading.
Accurate timely reports for ServiceNow requests access issues and project metrics.
Documented RBAC requirements processes and controls.
Completed stakeholder meeting notes and decision logs.
Process flows and models show current and future state workflows.
Gap analysis reports and recommendations for improving access controls.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Business Analyst will have the primary responsibility of supporting the organizations Identity and Access transformation. This would include writing documentation communications and coordination with stakeholders.
Document processes and work with Global Technology Support Teams to publish documentation in Hyatt Documentation repositories.
Support Coordination with Governance Team Support Teams and IT Field Services and other stakeholders.
Draft and coordinate sending of Communications associated with Identity Project Efforts
Collect and report on feedback associated with Identity Projects
Document Business Requirements based on feedback collected.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
2 Years in a similar Analyst or Support Role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience Writing Technical Documentation
Foundational knowledge of identity management User Access Reviews and Role Based Access Controls.
Experience with meeting coordination and note taking
Experience with collecting feedback and documenting business requirements.
