Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct guided game drives into the Kruger National Park sharing expert knowledge about wildlife ecosystems and conservation.
Create engaging and memorable guest experiences by delivering educational and interactive guiding.
Provide interpretive talks and informal learning opportunities for guests encouraging a deeper appreciation for nature.
Ensure guest safety and comfort during all activities.
Maintain vehicles and guiding equipment in excellent condition.
Assist with other lodge activities when required.
Requirements
Requirements:
Nature Site Guide NQF2 or equivalent CATHSSETA-accredited guiding qualification.
Valid PDP driver s license.
First Aid Level 1.
Solid knowledge of South African wildlife flora and fauna.
Previous guiding experience preferred but strong potential and personality will also be considered.
Local to area
Ideal Candidate:
Outgoing friendly and confident in engaging with guests from diverse backgrounds.
A natural educator with the ability to make each game drive informative and fun.
Passionate about conservation and sharing the beauty of the Kruger with others.
Flexible adaptable and able to work well within a team environment.
Working Environment:

Working Environment: You will be based at a lodge located close to the Kruger National Park, with daily excursions into the park forming the core of your guiding activities. This is not a private reserve role, so guests enjoy the unique opportunity to experience the vast and iconic Kruger landscape. Additional Information: This is not a live-in position applicants must be able to arrange their own accommodation nearby.
