Job Description

An established and reputable organisation is offering an exciting HR Learnership opportunity for three (3) learners to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced HR environment. This 12-month programme is ideal for students who are currently completing a Human Resources Diploma or Degree particularly those who require in-service training or practical exposure as part of their qualification.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide administrative support across various HR functions.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records and filing systems.
  • Support coordination of training wellness and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Participate in internal HR projects and contribute to compliance and audit preparations.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be currently studying or completing a Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • In-service training candidates (workplace experience required for graduation) are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Must reside in Gauteng and be able to commute daily to Kempton Park.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR profession.
  • No previous full-time employment experience is required



Stipend R 4000.00
