Job Description
An established and reputable organisation is offering an exciting HR Learnership opportunity for three (3) learners to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced HR environment. This 12-month programme is ideal for students who are currently completing a Human Resources Diploma or Degree particularly those who require in-service training or practical exposure as part of their qualification.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide administrative support across various HR functions.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and filing systems.
- Support coordination of training wellness and employee engagement initiatives.
- Participate in internal HR projects and contribute to compliance and audit preparations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be currently studying or completing a Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- In-service training candidates (workplace experience required for graduation) are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Must reside in Gauteng and be able to commute daily to Kempton Park.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR profession.
- No previous full-time employment experience is required
Stipend R 4000.00
